Dental Insurance Verification Specialist

At Dentalogic Inc, we're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Dental Insurance Verification Specialist. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring dental practices and their patients have accurate insurance information for seamless care experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update dental insurance plan details into practice management software.
Retrieve insurance information from various portals and transform it into easy-to-understand formats for dental practices.
Engage directly with clients, providing top-notch service through phone, email, or our collaborative dashboard.

Requirements:
A high school graduate with a flair for technology and a keen eye for detail. Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel, and comfortable with office tech and equipment. An effective communicator in English, both in writing and speech, who values customer satisfaction.
