Salary Information

Job Description

As a Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional patient experiences from initial contact to the end of each visit. You will be comfortable with learning new software and ensuring accurate data entry into our physician billing system.

  • Maintain schedules and appointments for physicians
  • Provide positive patient experiences from screening incoming patient calls to end of visit
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience within a medical office or billing department (preferred)
  • Knowledge of patient billing and medical terminology (preferred)
