**Job Summary:**

  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care, documenting all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely manner.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as directed by physicians.
  • Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and prevention strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience.
