We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at CCG Business Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance department and ensuring the smooth operation of our rolling mill production equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Maintenance Strategies: Create and execute long-term sustainability and reliability strategies to meet future business needs.
- Lead Maintenance Team: Supervise and manage a team of maintenance personnel, including salaried staff and support staff.
- Manage Maintenance Budget: Oversee the department's budget, ensuring responsible management of assets and resources.
- Ensure Safety and Quality: Implement safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and Monitor Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the maintenance organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing industry setting, with a minimum of eight years of maintenance experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage high-dollar department budgets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong root cause problem-solving skills and ability to identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.
This is a 100% on-call role, requiring the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The facility operates 24/7, and the Maintenance Superintendent must be available to respond to maintenance issues at any time.
