Job Title: Maintenance Superintendent

CCG Business Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Superintendent to lead our Rolling Department's maintenance organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term sustainability and reliability strategies for our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the Rolling Department maintenance organization
  • Ensure that total productive maintenance (TPM), preventative, and predictive maintenance activities are integrated across the Rolling Department
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive TPM, Kaizen, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives
  • Set and review annual development and performance objectives for the department
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Area Managers, Lead Area Managers, Maintenance Superintendents, and Maintenance Technical Leaders/General Supervisors
  • Manage the Rolling Department's repair and maintenance (R&M) budget
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing industry setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Results-oriented with a focus on cost reduction and process improvement
  • Ability to lead organizational change and implement new processes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing industry setting
  • Minimum of eight years of maintenance experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience managing high-dollar department budgets
Working Conditions:
  • The Maintenance Superintendent will typically work Monday through Friday, daytime hours
  • This role is 100% on call, with frequent off-shift calls due to the facility's 24/7 operation
  • This person must have strong industrial maintenance background
  • Any rolling mill experience (metals or paper) would be highly preferred
Compensation:

Salary target: $100,000 - $120,000
