Overview

CHI Saint Joseph Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Resource Flex team. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work in various Medical Surgical and Telemetry units within our facilities.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients of varying age groups, utilizing the nursing process and practice standards. This includes conducting care assessments, interpreting assessment data, and developing care plans that meet patient needs. Additionally, the nurse will maintain accurate documentation of patient information and collaborate with patients and families to evaluate patient outcomes and revise the plan of care as needed.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, applicants must have a current Registered Nurse license in Kentucky, BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications. A minimum of one year of experience as an RN in an acute care facility is also required. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
