CHI Saint Joseph Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Resource Flex team. As a Clinical Flex RN, you will have the opportunity to float between various Critical Care units within Saint Joseph Hospital and Saint Joseph East, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, including observations, treatments, and medications.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Administer medications safely and effectively, and delegate tasks to non-licensed and licensed personnel as needed.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting patient-centered care and empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
- Floating to different departments within the facility as needed to support patient care and team goals.
- Graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Kentucky.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
- Minimum one year of experience as an RN in an acute care facility.
$60.00 - $60.00 /hour
