Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team at Southern Physical Therapy Clinic. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs and developing personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and be eligible for licensure in the state of Mississippi. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday. No weekends, no holidays. The clinic hours are Monday - Thursday: 7 am - 6 pm, and Friday: 7 am - 12 pm.
Compensation and Benefits:
Occupational Therapists are paid a competitive hourly rate based on experience. A brand-new grad can expect to receive an hourly rate in the ballpark of $32 per hour. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired. There is a bonus program available based on individual performance. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a retirement plan. Professional development is encouraged and includes reimbursement for CEUs.
