Position Overview:

As a Scanning Team Leader, your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and fellow employees. You will manage the daily functions of the ticket scanning division. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, approachable leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working outdoors in alpine conditions.

Position Specifications:

  • Anticipated Pay Range: $24.26
  • Work Schedule: Full Time
  • Housing: Potentially Available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and safety protocols of the scanning division.
  • Act as a point of escalation for equipment issues, ticket/pass inquiries, and misuse concerns.
  • Evaluate team performance, providing coaching and documentation as necessary.
  • Adjust staffing levels based on operational needs.
  • Immediately report any safety incidents to management.
  • Assist in planning and conducting orientations, training sessions, and payroll management.
  • Conduct audits to assess the performance of the scanning team.
  • Collaborate with lift operations to enhance maze efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (English) with the ability to present information effectively in group settings.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Intermediate or advanced skiing and riding proficiency.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying alpine weather conditions.
  • Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Aptitude for multitasking and making sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Openness to learning company-specific software.

The anticipated pay range is $24.26. This reflects the range we expect to offer for this position, with individual compensation determined by various factors.
