We're seeking an experienced Rewards Leader to join our team and play a key role in shaping Canva's global rewards strategy. The role will involve owning the vision and execution of our reward programs, ensuring they align with Canva's mission and business goals while keeping our team excited and motivated. As a leader, you'll inspire, coach, and develop our talented reward managers and analysts, nurturing a culture of excellence and innovation. You'll also bring your expertise to design reward programs that reflect the diversity of our global team and keep us ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving market. Partnerships with leadership and C-suite leaders will be crucial in driving success, offering strategic insights that directly impact business decisions and help us attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you'll champion fairness and inclusion, ensuring our reward practices support our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, making sure every Canvanaut feels valued. The role requires a deep understanding of global reward strategies, compensation and benefits, and data analytics. You'll need to connect reward strategies to business outcomes, people strategies, and financial performance, showcasing strong business acumen. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and developing high-performing teams are also essential. If you're a experienced Rewards Leader with a proven track record of leading reward strategies in global, high-growth public tech companies, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We offer a range of benefits to set you up for every success in and outside of work, including equity packages, health benefits plans, 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution, inclusive parental leave policy, and an annual Vibe & Thrive allowance. The target salary range for this position is $237,000 to $360,000, calculated based on market data and your skills and experience.
