About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Human Resources and Operations to join our team at Motrex, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, staffing, performance management, training and development, and administration of HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resource management, with experience in compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, employment law, planning and project management. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required, and a PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to support the staffing plan and needs of the organization.
  • Interpret, apply, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and ensure that processes exist and are consistent in all departments.
  • Serve as a key member of the HR team and confidential advisor to managers on human resource-related matters.
  • Respond and address managers' and employees' questions, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain strong employee relations with managers and employees through fair and consistent application of work rules and policies.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of previous experience in human resource management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
  • Manufacturing and labor relations experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Occasional overnight travel is required.

This role offers an estimated salary of $115,000 - $130,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
