About the Position

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the daily, weekly, and seasonal administrative functions of the Ski and Snowboard School at Mammoth Mountain.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and seasonal administrative tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional support to the Ski and Snowboard School team, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including payroll, timekeeping, and HR-related duties.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and systems, including Flaik, Siriusware, Workday, and equivalent HR/resort management systems.
Requirements
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in administrative software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in payroll/timekeeping and HR-related fields is preferred.
  • Experience with Flaik, Siriusware, Workday, or equivalent HR/resort management systems is a plus.
