Job Summary

We're seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team at our clinic in Columbia, Maryland. As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll work with a diverse client base, providing individual, family, and group therapy services, as well as Telehealth. You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, with a focus on autonomy, flexibility, creativity, and compassion.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and maintain treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Actively engage in consultations with colleagues to ensure high-quality care for all office clients
Requirements
  • Clinical licensure is required; we are unable to provide supervision for marriage and family therapists at this time
  • Experience with completing diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Candidates must be able to work in Maryland with a Maryland license, or relocating to Maryland and be license-eligible
