Role Summary: In the capacity of a Front of House Associate at Eximius Associates, your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that guests enjoy an outstanding experience from their arrival. You will facilitate guest interactions, supervise the appearance of the event space, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, meticulous attention to detail, and a fervor for hospitality.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area, ensuring it remains inviting and adheres to company standards.
  • Manage guest flow, including seating arrangements, reservations, and special requests, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide detailed information regarding our events, services, and facilities, assisting guests with inquiries and offering recommendations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and event staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Address guest concerns and feedback with professionalism, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist with event setup, including décor and table arrangements, to ensure the space is prepared for guests.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and other departments to ensure all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using reservation software and basic office equipment.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or event management are a plus.
