We believe in creating personalized experiences that empower patients to take charge of their health.

Our organization is affiliated with a robust independent practice association, providing essential services that enhance our operational success. These services include care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk adjustment coding education, population health management, data analytics, and network management.

At Alpine Physician Partners, we promote a supportive and inclusive work environment where professional growth is encouraged. Our core values guide us in maintaining a workplace built on respect, care, and collaboration, ensuring that our team members find fulfillment in their roles while positively impacting patient lives.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Flexible part-time or full-time positions available
  • Manage an average of 20 patients per day
  • Receive dedicated support from medical assistants, clinical staff, and administrative personnel
  • Phone call responsibilities only for nephrologists
  • Completion of a Nephrology Fellowship is required
  • Experience with inpatient nephrology patients is advantageous
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine and/or Nephrology is necessary
  • Physician must adhere to employer credentialing standards
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications
  • Incentives for productivity and profit sharing
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, CME days and funding, malpractice coverage, and licensing reimbursement
Salary Information:

Salary starting at $250,000 and above.
