About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and handling instruments and equipment with precision.
  • Prepare and set up the operating room, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Registered Surgical Technician program.
  • Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of Providence Caregiver experience.
