Job Summary:

As a Surgical Technologist at Providence Surgery and Procedure Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for patients and their families. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will scrub for surgical procedures and demonstrate competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in supporting the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain supplies, instruments, and equipment related to surgical procedures.
  • Support the surgical team in maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Completion of an appropriate surgical technician program.
  • Registration in the state of Washington.
  • At least 2+ years of surgical technician experience, with previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred.
