Join Our Team as a Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing the operating room, setting up equipment, and assisting the surgical team during procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating room and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment
  • Monitor and maintain the operating room's inventory and supplies
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification or equivalent experience
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification
