Insurance Manager Job Description

At CHG Healthcare Services, we're seeking a highly skilled Insurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the ERM team, ensuring efficient and compliant workflow
  • Provide guidance and training to promote risk control awareness, ownership, and accountability
  • Manage the renewal of the company's insurance program
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and insurers
  • Implement programs to improve and enhance working knowledge of malpractice insurance
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with internal contacts by executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives
  • Resolve insurance-related questions from divisions, third parties, and healthcare providers
  • Review and provide feedback on contractual insurance obligations
