Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to oversee our Customer Care product team. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Product Management and will be pivotal in the successful launch, adoption, and growth of our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the complete set of product capabilities needed, focusing on customer experience and process simplification.
- Collaborate across various functional areas to ensure alignment and commitment to delivering a cohesive customer experience.
- Engage with a diverse stakeholder matrix, including CX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to understand business strategies and needs.
- Utilize strong communication skills to clarify enhancement requests and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Employ a collaborative mindset to develop innovative solutions, validate hypotheses, and execute plans based on data analysis.
- Manage the lifecycle of existing products while pursuing new solution development.
- Document detailed requirements and workflows to facilitate effective partnerships with product development teams.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure adherence to scaled agile principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Demonstrate project management expertise, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Media or AdTech sectors.
- Proven expertise with Salesforce CRM and familiarity with other leading CRM tools.
- Scaled Agile (SAFe) certifications are preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
