- Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for children and families.
- Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors, and assume postures that allow physical and visual contact with children.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to effectively interact with children and their parents.
