Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Plumbing & Heating Wholesale, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately processing and storing incoming shipments, picking and packing orders, and loading and securing orders for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Check incoming freight for damage and process according to company policy
  • Remove tag-and-hold products from incoming transfers and place in proper location
  • Notify Purchasing Dept. of all receiving discrepancies
  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Load trucks to ensure no product is damaged in shipment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Ability to lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment (up to 80 lbs)
  • Minimum two years in related experience and/or training preferred
  • Product/applications experience preferred
  • Wholesale distribution experience preferred
  • Class A or Class B CDL a huge plus
