Job Summary: We are in search of skilled Electrical Project Supervisors to enhance our team in the Bentonville, AR region. Competitive hiring bonuses are available based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and submittals to effectively plan and coordinate commercial electrical construction projects.
- Perform electrical tasks as necessary, including conduit bending and installation, wire pulling, fixture and outlet installation, trench digging, blueprint reading, service installation, and motor control setups.
- Uphold company policies, including dress code, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data and evaluate outcomes to identify optimal solutions and resolve issues.
- Monitor and assess personal and team performance to implement improvements or corrective measures.
- Understand the costs and benefits of various actions to select the most suitable options.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary.
- Possession of a Journeyman or Master license is mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods, squat, bend, reach overhead, lift heavy objects, and climb ladders.
