Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Coordinator to join our team at Bethesda Health Clinic. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a variety of patient relations, clerical, and business office functions.

Your primary focus will be on providing personalized support to patients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. You will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with an estimated annual salary of $40,000 - $55,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Manage patient scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling
  • Collect patient fees, bill accordingly, and balance cash drawer daily
  • Assist patients with filling out forms and answering questions
  • Translate phone calls, conversations, and medical visit information between patients and staff members
Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required
  2. Bilingual skills essential
  3. Ability to work Saturdays (up to 1 time per month)
