Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide uncompromised excellence in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Ensure consistent execution of all kitchen systems and profitability by providing and ensuring quality training, coaching, and follow-through.
  • Knowledgeable of all kitchen and dining room systems and operations, including inventory management and budgeting.
  • Manage a team of at least 15 staff members, including kitchen staff, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
  • 3+ years of BOH experience, including kitchen management and inventory control.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting, with the ability to analyze and improve kitchen operations.
