Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members to ensure successful project completion.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure successful, on-time, and quality project completion.
  • Production Planning: Plan, organize, and direct the production of contracted scope of work.
  • Conflict Resolution: Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts while providing excellent customer service.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards.
  • Resource Management: Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule.
  • Compliance: Adhere to Electrik Pros' standards of quality, safety, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of construction electrical experience.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of current NEC as it relates to residential electrical systems.
  • Licenses: Valid driver's license.
  • Communication: Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Language: Spanish verbal and written communication skills are an asset.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-driven history and desire for advancement. Desire to go beyond expectations.
