TWFG Agent Services Coordinator

TWFG Insurance is a national leader in the insurance industry, with over 300 retail offices in 16 states and 2200 wholesale independent agents in 38 states. We're seeking a skilled Customer Service and Operations Associate to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills and expertise, and make a real impact in the insurance industry. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting agents, and maintaining positive relationships with carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive relationships with all carriers and agents.
- Stay current on carrier and product availability.
- Manage on-boarding process of new agents, producers, CSRs, and staff.
- Manage agent, producer, and CSR state licensure.
- Process all carrier appointments for new and existing Branch and GA agents.
- Provide research and support in policy transfer transactions.
- Provide systems access to all internal and proprietary systems.
- Manage internal help desk system.
- Answer Operations Department emails in the help desk.
- Research and respond to commission questions received from agents.
- Positively promote and represent the TWFG brand.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of insurance agency operations.
- Experience in working with carrier and agency commission statements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability with strong talent for managing multiple projects.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
- Insurance experience preferred.
- Licensing and contracting experience is a plus.
What We Offer:
