Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee productivity and press utilization performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Coordinate and communicate production goals to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategy goals, identifying key measurables to support departmental success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure accountability and discipline within the production department.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience as a Superintendent or Department Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a metals environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, manufacturing, engineering, or quality, preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and teach the team.
  • Experience in quality and environmental measurables such as IATF16949 and ISO14001.
