Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine lease agreements, establish rental payment schedules, and monitor critical dates related to lease obligations.
  • Assess incoming leases in both physical and digital formats to confirm their administrability.
  • Notify relevant stakeholders of important dates, including lease expirations and insurance renewals.
  • Engage in internal negotiations to ensure compliance with national policies and procedures.
  • Calculate prorated rental payments, upcoming payment increases, and termination fees.
  • Initiate lease payments or execute option provisions as instructed.
  • Manage and respond to internal inquiries through a shared email account.
  • Generate reports as required by various departments.
  • Collaborate with different teams to investigate missing payments or document requests.
  • Conduct lease audits.
  • Address discrepancies in lease language.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or two years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, real estate, or lease management.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • High energy and a sense of urgency with the capacity to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to review, comprehend, and communicate lease requirements to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, and research skills are essential.
  • Experience in telecommunications is advantageous but not mandatory.
