Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Consultant (Help Desk) to join our team. The role involves supporting our clients with their technical inquiries and ensuring effective resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets effectively.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to address and remediate issues.
- Engage with Government users and Stakeholder teams to discuss outstanding issues, workarounds, and resolutions.
- Support the configuration management process.
- Provide functional assistance during deployment activities.
- Develop test scripts and conduct front-end testing.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work standard business hours.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing support role.
- Experience in generating and analyzing reports is preferred.
- Familiarity with configuration management is desirable.
- Experience in developing and reviewing functional system documentation, including requirements and training materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and a collaborative team player.
Physical Requirements:
Qualified candidates should be able to commute to various work locations, maintain a stationary position for extended periods, and effectively communicate with colleagues.
