Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for contacting and qualifying new clients, setting up demos and appointments with our closing team, and managing a pipeline of prospects. This is a remote or in-person opportunity, offering a competitive salary and commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and qualify new clients through phone calls, emails, and social media messages
  • Set up demos and appointments with our closing team
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and communication
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in Close.io
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (bonus not required)
  • 6+ months of outbound calling experience (bonus not required)
  • Experience in the health industry (bonus not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $96,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive commission structure, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
