Job Summary

Mercydesmoines is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Customer Service representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, training, and developing our customer-facing staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of Customer Service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service level goals.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer-facing staff.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to our customer-facing staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 1 year of demonstrated supervisory experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare receivables setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer complaints and issues.
