Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Promote and portray the VIVMEE Values by providing exceptional guest service, responding promptly to guest requests, and ensuring that all guest needs are met.
  • Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness: Perform daily cleaning operations in guest rooms according to company standards, including changing bed linens, towels, cleaning the bathroom, dusting, vacuuming, and removing trash.
  • Refresh Rooms for Guests: Refresh rooms for guests staying multiple nights by changing towels, making beds, replacing amenities, and ensuring that all rooms are ready for use.
  • Restock Housekeeping Carts: Restock housekeeping carts with linens, towels, and amenities to ensure that all rooms are fully equipped.
  • Report Repairs and Damages: Observe and report any repairs or damages to maintenance staff to ensure that all issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements:
  • Previous Hotel-Related Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is desired.
  • Basic English Skills: Ability to read, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English is preferred.
  • Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
