Electrical Construction Manager

Lead is currently seeking an Electrical Construction Manager for a role that transitions from temporary to permanent. Candidates must successfully complete a 10-panel drug screening and background verification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the project team and hold overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned construction projects.
  • Collaborate and support other members of the project management team.
  • Foster client relationships to guarantee satisfaction and uphold quality standards.
  • Manage project-related documentation and correspondence.
  • Coordinate activities related to materials, budgeting, and production for projects.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Plan and schedule resources to align with project timelines.
  • Act as the primary contact between the client and the field construction team.
  • Identify changes in project scope, address challenges, and communicate milestones effectively.
  • Oversee project financials and budgets to meet or exceed projected gross profit.
  • Facilitate the change order process for client projects.
  • Manage all facets of multiple projects, ensuring budget compliance while maintaining quality standards.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback regarding performance and clarify expectations as needed.

Qualifications:
