Job Overview

Productive AV is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Scheduling: Coordinate with team leads to establish project schedules and create timelines for integrators.
  • Project Updates: Maintain accurate project updates, including pictures, sign-offs, and other relevant information.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and clients are satisfied.
  • Logistics: Lead project coordinators in creating project itineraries and logistic specifications for each install trip, and support them in travel arrangements for team members.
  • Material Coordination: Communicate with general contractors, venue staff, team leads, and project coordinators to confirm the delivery of materials, lifts, forklifts, storage, and security.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and lead necessary meetings to ensure successful project execution.
  • Training and Development: Develop training and professional development programs for technicians.
  • Team Development: Recruit and develop team members for the project management team.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a project manager in the commercial A/V industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: CTS, PMP, and manufacturer certifications preferred.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
