Speech Therapist for K-12 Schools in Milpitas, CA

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with students in K-12 schools in Milpitas, CA. As an SLP with Soliant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the communication and language development of our students.
About the Position:
This full-time position offers 37.5 hours of guaranteed work per week. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, be actively licensed in California, and possess ASHA certification (CCC-SLP). Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
- Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
