About the Role:

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Milpitas, California.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Speech Therapist and a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology. They must also possess a Speech-Language Pathologist License (California) and a Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with complex communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairment, and neurological defects.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans and provide training to junior therapists.
  • Develop and maintain department policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Participate in community programs and serve as a consultant on interdisciplinary teams.
