**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electronics Test Engineer with a background in Electrical Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Burn-In Testing and Hi-Pot Testing, the ability to read schematics, troubleshoot issues, and effectively schedule and plan testing activities. A strong understanding of test software, GUIs, procedures, and proficiency with computers is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct Burn-In Testing and Hi-Pot Testing on various products to ensure reliability and safety standards are met.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics to understand product designs and identify testing requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues during testing, providing solutions to resolve any problems encountered.
  • Develop and maintain testing schedules, ensuring all tests are planned and executed efficiently.
  • Utilize test software and graphical user interfaces (GUIs) to set up and run tests, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain and update testing procedures and documentation to reflect changes in products and testing methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during all testing activities.
  • Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Burn-In Testing and Hi-Pot Testing.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience in scheduling and planning testing activities.
  • Proficient in using test software, GUIs, and other related tools.
  • Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with data analysis software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all testing procedures.

**Preferred Skills**

  • Experience with automated testing systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or product development environment.
