  • Ensure effective communication and coordination of nursing care, including patient education and care transitions.
  • Support professional nursing practices across various settings to meet patient and family needs.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a degree from a baccalaureate nursing program and have at least one year of relevant RN experience. Experience in a collaborative team environment is preferred.

Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations. Proficiency in electronic medical records is advantageous.


Licensure and Certification:

Current RN licensure in Florida is required, along with Basic Life Support certification upon hire. Additional certifications may be necessary based on the specific work area.
