Job Summary

Willkomm's TA Truck Service is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' trucks are repaired and maintained in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on necessary service for routine maintenance
  • Listen and interact with customers to identify mechanical problems
  • Confer with customers on inspection results and recommend corrective procedures
  • Prepare work orders for needed repairs and service
  • Explain work performed and charges to customers and take payment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated, organized, and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers. You must also be able to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Efficient multi-tasking and time management skills are essential, as well as reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and active listening skills.
