We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for applied behavior analysis services and behavioral support in Athens, GA childcare centers.

Salary and Benefits

Total compensation: $100,000 ($85,000 + $15,000 performance-based bonuses)

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus: We offer a generous sign-on bonus to show our appreciation.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and implement behavioral interventions for children, particularly those with ASD or other developmental challenges.

Provide training to RBTs and childcare staff.

Offer behavioral consultation within partner childcare centers.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Flexibility: Willingness to commute between our partner childcare locations in Bogart, Hoschton, and Watkinsville, GA, with additional compensation provided
