ABA Therapist

Job Summary:

Kids Club ABA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify strengths and areas of improvement
• Provide comprehensive training and support to parents and staff to ensure successful implementation of plans
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to track progress and outcomes
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they receive the necessary guidance and support

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
