Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified bilingual Supervisor with experience in janitorial services. The main objective of this role is to guarantee that all daily and periodic tasks are executed to the utmost standards and within the designated timelines. This position also entails efficiently addressing client inquiries to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and ensure adherence to required protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Floor Maintenance Technician
  • Oversee and manage work assignments and schedules for team members.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new or replacement staff.
  • Review and submit timekeeping records for various locations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and prepare written reports as necessary.
  • Conduct quality, service, and safety evaluations; supervise staff for appropriate use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and tools.
  • Serve as the communication link between management and operational staff.
  • Monitor equipment and supply inventory levels.
  • Relay employee and customer inquiries or concerns to the Area Manager.
  • Provide recommendations for corrective actions in areas requiring enhancement.
  • Perform daily inspections of routine tasks and conduct building assessments.
  • Report any facility deficiencies to the Area Manager.

Compensation and Benefits:
