Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled bilingual Supervisor with a background in janitorial services. The primary function of this role is to guarantee that all daily and periodic tasks are executed to the utmost standards and within the designated timelines. This position also entails swiftly addressing client inquiries to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and adherence to required protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Floor Maintenance Technician
  • Oversee and coordinate work assignments and schedules for team members.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new or replacement staff.
  • Review and submit timesheets for various locations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and generate written reports as necessary.
  • Conduct quality, service, and safety inspections; ensure employees utilize personal protective equipment, supplies, and tools appropriately.
  • Serve as the communication link between management and operational staff.
  • Monitor equipment and supply inventory levels.
  • Relay employee personnel and customer concerns to the Area Manager.
  • Offer recommendations for corrective actions in areas requiring improvement.
  • Perform daily inspections of routine tasks and conduct building assessments.
  • Report any facility deficiencies to the Area Manager.

Compensation and Benefits:
