Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled bilingual Supervisor with a background in janitorial services. The primary focus of this role is to guarantee that all daily and periodic tasks are executed to the utmost standards and within the designated timelines. Furthermore, this position will require the swift resolution of customer inquiries to ensure maximum satisfaction and adherence to established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Floor Technician duties
  • Oversee and coordinate work assignments and schedules for team members.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new or replacement staff.
  • Review and submit timesheets for various locations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and prepare written reports as required.
  • Conduct quality, service, and safety inspections; ensure employees utilize personal protective equipment, supplies, and tools appropriately.
  • Serve as the communication link between management and front-line personnel.
  • Monitor equipment and supply inventory levels.
  • Relay employee personnel and customer inquiries or issues to the Area Manager.
  • Provide recommendations for corrective actions in areas needing improvement.
  • Perform daily inspections of routine work and conduct building assessments.
  • Report any building deficiencies to the Area Manager.

Compensation and Benefits:
