Position: Personal Trainer
Type: Part-time, with potential for full-time
About Us: At ZNT Personal Training, we are dedicated to promoting holistic health and fitness. We strive to equip our clients with the necessary tools to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related discipline OR
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training AND
- Certification from a recognized national organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Current knowledge of exercise and nutrition science, or a commitment to ongoing learning

Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored fitness and nutrition guidance
- Create and execute personalized and group training plans
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journeys
- Foster a vibrant and encouraging environment
- Continuously enhance your knowledge to provide exceptional service
Compensation:
- Private session rate: $40/hour
- Small group training rate: $25-$55/hour
- Bonuses for new client sign-ups
- Performance-based incentives
Availability:
- Preference for trainers with flexible availability
- Open to hiring multiple trainers to accommodate various schedules
