Fitness Coach Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our team at the YMCA of Greater Louisville. As a Fitness Coach, you will play a critical role in assisting individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Develop and implement healthy living initiatives, such as fitness programs and workshops
  • Engage with members and provide follow-up communication to ensure their needs are met
  • Maintain a safe and clean wellness center environment
  • Replenish and maintain health and safety materials throughout the facility

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Age 21+
