Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team at TAJ Technologies Inc. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing workers compensation claims to ensure accurate and timely benefits are paid to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and determine compensability of workers compensation claims
  • Manage claims reserves and ensure accuracy
  • Develop and implement action plans to resolve claims
  • Communicate with claimants and clients to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities to recover costs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Four (4) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • GA license required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation claims
  • Remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • GA and Southeast experience
