We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a Collections and Reimbursement Expert, you will play a critical role in managing denials, payer aging, and negative balance reports.
Key Responsibilities- Denial Management: Escalate payor issue trends for leadership consideration, provide daily follow-up on insurance correspondence, and ensure timely claim payments.
- Payer Relations: Develop and maintain updates for problem payers, identify, evaluate, and develop systems/procedures to address issues with their payors.
- Patient Eligibility: Determine patient eligibility, basic benefit verification, and read eligibility of benefits to determine claim processing by insurance carriers.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (required), bachelor's degree (a plus)
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in reimbursement services, insurance/medical billing, insurance verification, collections, and/or accounts receivable in medical billing.
- Skills: Experience with revenue cycle management with insurance companies (a plus) and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mailing systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication with both internal/external partners.

Compensation and BenefitsThe hourly pay range for this position is $21-23 USD Hourly, plus overtime eligible.
