Job Description

Parking and Traffic Team Member

Parking and Traffic team members play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of events by providing traffic control, clear direction, and exceptional customer service to patrons under the direction of Argus Event Staffing supervisors and managers.

The arrival, parking, and entrance of patrons are key to the success of the day. As a Parking and Traffic team member, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage in Traffic Control Operations
  • Flagging
  • Communications
  • Lot organization
Sell Parking Tickets and Provide Customer ServiceCommunicate Venue Policies and ProceduresDevelop Effective Working Relationships
  • With other departments at the venue, including Security, Police, Fire, Paramedics, and Safety
Perform Other Duties as AssignedRequirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

Physical and Psychological Demands

This role requires:

  4. Ability to See and Hear and Use Hands to Provide Directions to Patron Vehicles

Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment at the venue during event days, with longer hours and days necessary. You will be subject to the elements, including wind, cold, heat, and periods of rain and snow.
